Stock & production timing
Company materials mention same-day dispatch for available stock and approximately 20 days for custom bulk orders. Both depend on stock, order confirmation, specifications and factory schedule. Confirm the actual dates in writing.
Packing & freight
Specify carton requirements, retail packaging, labels and destination. The supplied ex-factory price basis excludes tax and freight. Incoterms, insurance, import duties and destination requirements must be agreed separately.
Samples & inspections
Sample charges, courier service and any inspection arrangements are confirmed with the sales team. A form submission is a request, not a shipment booking or an accepted purchase order.
