Our 5,600 m² self-built facility houses more than 120 machines and three production lines. The October 2026 company introduction records an approximate annual capacity of two million stainless steel items, serving wholesale, distribution and commercial sourcing projects.

02 / Manufacturing
Forming and machining
The production route starts with the shape of the vessel or tool. Factory materials show stamping and drawing equipment, CNC machining and laser cutting. These operations prepare the body, rim and connecting parts before surface finishing and assembly.
03 / Manufacturing
Surface finishing and cleaning
Manual polishing stations work alongside automated finishing equipment. The catalog includes silver, gold, rose-gold, black and patterned appearances. Use a physical sample to agree the finish and color; cleaning follows the finishing process before assembly and packing.
04 / Manufacturing
Check the tool, then the complete set
For shakers, the review includes fit and sealing. For measuring tools, agree capacity and markings. For a set, check the assortment, tool placement, branding and packaging against the approved sample. Any additional testing or inspection documents are agreed for the selected configuration.
05 / Manufacturing
Stock and custom orders take different routes
The company introduction records a 2,000 m² stock warehouse. Available stock can be prepared for same-day dispatch after order confirmation; custom bulk orders have an indicative lead time of around 20 days. Actual stock, sample approval and scheduling determine the confirmed dispatch date.

The showroom brings sets and individual tools together for comparison. For a factory visit or a remote production review, prepare the products you want to see and the processes you want to discuss. The legacy company website also describes video checks of production, packing and dispatch.
