Which stainless steel grade is available?
The company introduction lists 201 stainless steel as standard and 304 customization from 100 sets. Material must be confirmed for your selected item: the catalog also contains glass components and differing finishes. Request a written material specification and the relevant test documents.
Are the catalog references model numbers?
No. The supplied catalog leaves model numbers unfilled. Our catalog references help identify a particular image and page. A formal model number and product specification are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I request a sample or a custom set?
Yes. Choose Sample request or OEM / ODM in the inquiry form. Include your product references, expected quantity, finish, branding and destination market. Sample costs, available options and production terms are quoted individually.
How long does production take?
The company indicates around 20 days for custom bulk orders, subject to materials, approved samples and the factory schedule. Available stock may dispatch sooner. Confirm production and transit dates separately in the written quote.
What is included in a quotation?
The supplied price basis is ex-factory, excluding tax and freight. Ask for a quote based on product references, quantities and destination, then agree the final trade term, packing and shipping responsibilities.
Can I visit the factory?
Submit a factory-visit request with your preferred date, company and purpose. The team needs to confirm availability and arrangements. Sending a request does not reserve a time slot.
